REAL ESTATE TRADING ACTIVITIES
This positive and continuing growing response was achieved thanks to the professionalism, experience and skills of the working group that, over the years, have characterized the company and the design studio which is part of the Holding.
The company, in addition to having a trained staff, has developed a network of external collaborators, including agencies and scouts located throughout the national territory, as well as a selection of construction companies and craftsmen for the restructuring of the sold properties and suppliers of building materials for finishes.
An already concluded operation summarized in four phases to explain the Real Estate Trading mechanism:
PHASE 1: Research, first visit and traceability of the property price;
PHASE 2: Second visit, proposed property purchase and business-plan development of the real estate transaction;
PHASE 3: Final design for the renovation of the property, contract and tender specifications for the renovation of the property, purchase of the property and preparation of advertising for resale;
PHASE 4: Completion of the works, sale of the property and final accounting of the real estate transaction.
