Year 2019
Project 3astudiodesign
The project involved an apartment of about 115 square meters on the second floor.
The pre-renovation feature was definitely the wide corridor that disengaged from the entrance to the service areas, kitchen and bedrooms. The large terrace overlooking Via Crispi was not exploited to the fullest with access from the bedrooms, while the kitchen overlooked the balcony overlooking a secondary road.
The input of the renovation project was that of having to modernize the systems and remodel the entire floor plan according to the new needs of the client: the position of the toilets remained the same even if the spaces were enlarged, also managing to create a laundry area in the utility room. The novelty is certainly the position of the living area which has been mirrored from the previous location, thus allowing a view of the large terrace. The length of the corridor on which a second hallway opens, which encloses the sleeping area and one of the two bathrooms, has been limited.
Planimetry
The redevelopment project has given more centrality to the living area, the heart of the house, giving instead the intimacy that deserves the sleeping area, dividing the house functionally in order to make it livable at any time of day and simultaneously for different uses and needs. The long corridor has been enhanced with innovative materials and attention to detail, with games of light and photos that make it almost an exhibition gallery that leads to the livable part of the house.
A warm oak parquet heats the entire paved surface, with the exception of the bathrooms where it was preferred to lay a porcelain stoneware in palette with the rest of the house. Most of the furnishings were custom designed and made by local artisans who were able to interpret the spirit that animated the entire project: to stitch the essence of the house and of those who would continue to live in it, without upsetting the habits of the client.

Summary table
Year 2019
Project 3astudiodesign
The realization of two flats, comes from the splitting of an old shop/laboratory, which has become (following the change of use) a division into two habitable rooms.
The first, measuring 40 square metres, divided between the ground floor and the basement, has its own entrance from the communal hallway, from which there is access to the kitchen overlooking the internal courtyard through high windows, making the flat quiet, and the bedroom overlooking the street side. In the basement there are the bathroom and the laundry room and a large storage room.
Planimetry
The renovation work has made the flat functional and welcoming, choosing prestigious specifications and creating made-to-measure furnishings such as an open kitchen and various cupboards. The furnishings were designed in collaboration with the client and the architect's aesthetic and functional taste.
The second solution is spread over 90 square meters on one level, with access from the courtyard and is composed as per the initial project: entrance to a comfortable hallway, open kitchen and large living room, two bathrooms with laundry corner, master bedroom and second bedroom and fitness room as per the customer's request.

Also in this case, many of the furnishings have been tailor made and the quality of the materials used is medium to high. The area is served by numerous essential shops, supermarkets, post offices, banks, public transport and the MM1 line, Gambara stop.

Year 2020
Project 3astudiodesign
The project is located in a residential area of Milan, and was created as a transformation of an 80 square metre office into two dwellings (one-room and two-room apartments).
The originality of the rooms started from the desire to bring brightness and colour of the Amalfi Coast in Milan; in fact, the design of the rooms such as the bathroom and kitchen are entirely produced by a well-known ceramist of the coast: Pierfrancesco Solimene.
Planimetry
This alternative is what we liked to call the "Amalfi option", that is, to see how the customer reacts to the use of these materials in a big city like Milan.
The design of these coatings is given by an idea of Solimene's ceramic designs such as blue anchovies, greens and the set of some colors to identify that particular geographical place such as the Amalfi Coast, then recomposed for the occasion by the designer, responsible for the creation of both flats, thus making the carried out work as "unique".

Year 2018
Project 3astudiodesign
The idea of the project stems from the need of one of our clients to renovate an apartment he had purchased and make it his home in Milan
The tranquility of this beautiful city street, which via Domenichino undoubtedly is, derives from its long tree-lined avenue, which connects Piazza Amendola to Piazzale Brescia, in the heart of the district that has no real and ancient history, except for the ancient Cascina Bolla located in the middle of the street, which someone still call Zona Fiera or Amendola because of the M1 bus stop.
Planimetry
It is the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the rooms, with a touch of modern design, that makes the project unique; in fact, the modern lines, never too sharp nor too slippery, give the whole apartment quietness and soft lines, that interpose themselves to the hectic city life.
The design of the bathrooms features beautiful floral-themed wallpapers by the famous Wall & Deco brand, while the design elements in the living room recall names such as Poltrona Frau and Castiglioni.

Year 2015/2017
Project 3astudiodesign
The project stems from the need to modernize a dilapidated apartment built in the late 60's both from a functional and plant engineering point of view.
Planimetry
The final project is the result of a synergistic collaboration with the supplier partners and with the client, always ready to propose his ideas, but also to be guided in the most appropriate choices to achieve the set goal.
The result is a house that opens, right from the entrance, onto a breathtaking view that envelops the living area and the kitchen, the beating heart of everyday life, bathed in the sun and the colors that this fabulous place on the coast naturally offers.
